Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe that the proposed regulations for sale of leveraged and inverse funds would be harmful to small private investors like me. My portfolio is protected against downturns by purchasing such funds based on market conditions. The qualification process could become so burdensome that brokers will stop offering such funds. The SEC has not demonstrated a need to single out these funds for special restrictions. As an investor, I see no justification for changing the system that has given investors to make their own investment decisions for almost 90 years. Regards, Anna Pietrolonardo
