Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This proposed rule reduces the investment opportunity set for knowledgeable individual income investors such as myself to no purpose whatsoever. You need to stop trying to protect me from myself. Leveraged funds are an important tool for my investment strategy, I'm fully capable of understanding the associated risks. I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so. Also I'd like to preserve the long-standing free public market where I have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on my choices. Regards, Sergiu Rata
