Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I would appreciate as an individual investor to be able to leverage my account to buy and sell funds as normal. Do not interfere with the current process I have to use my funds as necessary without the additional qualifications. Regards, Chris Brauckmuller
