Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC: I am a Fund manager. I use the ProShares products to responsibly hedge my positions both long and short. I like the fact that I am able to do this without additional paperwork, proof of suitability or other bureaucratic red tape. I believe ProShares adequately discloses the risks and issues and that it is not the government's business to tell me what I can and cannot invest in. I think the rule that is being proposed is stupid, unnecessary and prejudicial against people like me. The rule change should be rejected.
