Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Levered and inverse funds are a necessity in the trading environment for an individuals portfolio. It is the investors responsibility to understand the risks when trading these types of special equities. We need to preserve the long standing free public markets without any additional government-imposed limitations on investor's choice. Regards, Brian Sita
