Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Why do Government offices persist in changing things that are not broken? I have used inverse funds and leveraged funds for years. No market is without cycles of up and down. Why not be balanced and restrict the up side as you are doing on the down side in this proposed rule? You need both up and down to balance the market funds. Please reject this proposed rule. Regards, ALVIN BOUDREAUX
