Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I urge you NOT to implement trading restrictions on Leveraged ETFs. These investment shares already come with alerts, very detail prospectuses and ample caution. Do not further tilt the investment playing field away from the retail investor. Regards, Robert Cole
