Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I was very upset to hear the SEC is considering preventing individuals from buying leveraged funds. As an individual investor I find they are an invaluable tool. I make good profits from them and would feel you were taking away something that is important to my trading. This is a democracy - give us the right to choose the tools we find useful!! Regards, norma dwyer
