Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I oppose the Rule. It's paternalistic. The SEC should not be telling me what I can buy or not buy by way of ETFs, leveraged or not. Anyone who buys ETFs who doesn't understand it's risky (just as it is to buy stocks) deserves to lose money. It's called Darwinism, prudent people act prudently, and those who don't have to learn through the school of hard financial knocks. And we don't need the government imposing burdensome financial information requirements or qualifications on persons like me who no doubt meet the requirements/qualifications and would rather not have to prove it in this context.
