Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I oppose said Rule. I believe that we should maintain and preserve a free market place, that includes the stock markets. Additional governmental regulations would limit investors. Investors are capable of learning and understanding how leveraged and inverse fund perform and determined if they should participate in enhancing their portfolios. Regards, James Keck
