Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I strongly disagree with a proposed regulation to require investors to provide personal/financial information to the SEC in order to qualify to buy inverse and leveraged funds. Such funds are an important part of my investing strategies in both maximizing profits and protecting me from downside market movements. They are easier to trade and more cost effective than options and buying on margin. The risks are understood and clear. I do not believe that a 3rd party should determine my ability to invest in these funds.
