Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: The proposed change is ridiculous... leveraged funds are important to me. I am a sophisticated investor - and I understand the role that this investment type plays in my portfolio. We don't need additional regulation in the market here. We need to preserve the long-standing public markets - allowing freedome to buy these securities without additional government restrictions. Regards, Mark Alcazar
