Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This is a very bad thing to restrict the average US investor from valued investment tools. These easy to understand and easy to use tools are critical for individual investors. My investment news letters ALL employ these tools in the advice they give their clients as well. This is the "LAND OF THE FREE" not the home of the restricted and over regulated. Do not be fools by enacting this. Regards, Gary Loewen
