Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: These leveraged ETF vehicles are excellent products to hedge other exposures and I would be harmed if they were changed. It really helps my manage my portfolio and this is a capitalist society. Their disclosures are very clear and helpful. Regards, David George
