Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: once again you are going to take away resources because a select few do not know how to use them. Between major corporations in the financial field that don't allow employees trading on individual equities, etc, and now the SEC telling me I can't buy leveraged ETF's, what can I do with my money. There always a huge over reaction to any downside by adding more regulation. Can people be accountable for the bad decisions they make without needing to be cuddled. Regards, Thomas Ciminello
