Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

The idea of limiting or preventing access to leveraged or inverse ETF's or funds will only serve to victimize individual, small investors in today's markets. These funds are essential tools for anyone seeking to protect their investment capital during volatile market conditions and who does not have the time, knowledge or resources to engage in option or futures trading used my the large institutions. Without them, investors are forced into taking on more risk in order to produce any worthwhile returns on the investment capital. Taking these away exposes us to every trick and manipulation used by institutions to gain unfair advantages. Stop leading us down the path to financial slaughter. Who are you here to serve, Bloomberg and Buffett, or the average citizen just trying to achieve a reasonable retirement some day?
