Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: WE use Leveraged Funds extensively for the past few years and we use it carefully and judiciously. It has been of great help in allowing us to get proper risk adjusted returns, for us as well as our Clients. We hope SEC does not put restrictions in the purchase or selling of leveraged funds.
