Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Interfering with my individual ability to make my own investment decisions is wrong and unAmerican. there are numerous warnings about the volatility of inverse and leveraged funds. If the proposed rules are implemented, these funds will either become unavailable or available only to the wealthy. Please don't do this. Regards, LESTER MOFFATT
