Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: My ProShares UltraShrt S&P500 position is one of my primary "insurance policies" against a near-total market collapse. Although my current position has continued to lose money due to the S&P500's nearly unmitigated recent rise, having this position helps me sleep soundly at night. Please do not make purchasing and/or holding positions like this harder for smaller- or medium-sized investors like myself to purchase.
