Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I am not a gambler. I feel I know when to take extra risks and when to play it safe. I do not depend on my investments for my living expenses. It is my opinion that leveraged funds allow me to fully participate in market moves while keeping a good amount of ready cash.
