Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are important to me, they allow me to seek enhanced returns, especially over a longer time horizon of >10 years. I am capable of understanding the performance characteristics and risks involved. As such I don't value a third party evaluating my capability to do so. I value the free market Regards, Jamie Dumbill
