Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I strongly urge you to NOT proceed with this proposed rule! I have used leveraged and inverse funds for over a decade and am fully capable of understanding their performance characteristics and risks. I DO NOT need big government to try and protect me from my OWN DECISIONS on how I invest! Please DO NOT PROCEED with this proposed rule! It simply takes away one more freedom currently enjoyed by American small investors and sets a dangerous precedent along the path to future reduced freedom. Regards, Bruce Baird
