Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: leveraged funds trading - should be available as it is now. For cash accounts the risk is entirely with the account holder. This is different for margin accounts, where, perhaps, additional financial analysis may be useful. Please maintain the trading of these funds for cash accounts. K. Vogler Regards, kersten vogler
