Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am an individual managing my own retirement accounts with many years experience trading and managing my own accounts. I have been very successful in building a portfolio that provides me with income and growth. I have successfully used leveraged and inverse funds to hedge lucrative but risky positions and also for short term gains to supplement and hedge positions in my portfolios. This has been very successful strategy for me in retirement, and I would not want to have to go through further qualification, or in any way be further restricted from using these investment strategies.
