Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, I am a small retail investor who has a limited number of stocks and trades 2-4 times a month. I use the leveraged funds, SPXL and TQQQ as part of the mix in order to seek enhanced returns. I understand the risks and pros and cons of trading with leveraged funds. I do not want a third party evaluating my capability of buying and selling them. It is important that we have the ability to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choices.
