Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not complicate the use of leverage and inverse funds. They are tools I regularly use to protect and enhance my portfolio. As a government agency your job is to protect our individual freedoms--which sometimes includes being free to fail. You are not our parent or nanny so stay out of our business. Regards, Curtis Frantz
