Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I understand the advantages and risks of leveraged and inverse funds. I have qualified advisors who sometimes recommend such funds. I am capable of making my own decisions and do not need any "help" in deciding when I should not make such investments. Regards, Frank Jordan
