Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It has been brought to my attention that this proposed rule would make it more difficult to invest in leveraged ETFs, if not impossible, Please don't try to protect investors from themselves. Options trading is much more speculative and can be much more damaging, yet that is allowed. If anything, only an agreement is needed that explains the risks and asks for a signature that the investor understands the risks, such as exists for options trading. Regards, Stephen Lane
