Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I am writing to strongly object to restricting my access to trade leveraged and inverse funds. I spent a lot of money getting an undergraduate and a graduate degree in business to understand how to manage my own businesses and personal trade transactions, and I am offended that more red tape and government restrictions could be placed on my right to do so. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and are part of my portfolio that I use to finance my businesses. I am fully capable of understanding how to trade these funds and I don't want a regulator interfering with that activity. Markets should be free and open to all people who desire to invest. We are fully capable of being responsible for our own decisions about what to do with our money. Please do not impose any more restrictions on these funds.
