Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, I strongly disagree with the proposal of new regulations regarding the use of leveraged and inverse funds. Even if I am not a professional investor, I am aware of the risks and I always keep them in mind while investing. This is the basis of any investment and regulations are not the right way to avoid problems due to people misbehavior.
