Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Proshares Leveraged and Inverse ETF's are vital to the future success of numerous investors, not just mine. And such policies would increase the Wealth Gap between rich and poor in the United States so I hope this rule will not be allowed to succeed and I need you all to be around years from now for my success to mint and become a billionaire are assured through such Proshares products in particular.
