Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Investors should be able to make their own decisions regarding leveraged etfs. The only requirement I believe should be that they have signed off on a statement defining the risks involved. I trade these etfs daily and only hold them for a few hours at most. I agree it is very foolish to buy a 3x etf then ignore it for extended periods. These should not be handled this way in my view. People in general should be allowed to handle their finances once they have been made aware of the hazards.
