Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I understand what leveraged funds do with my money. No one can justifiably remove my freedom to buy them any more than they can take my house away. I can borrow from whoever I want at any terms I want. My fund managers can do the same for me. Big brother, expect a serious battle and expect to lose.
