Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Your proposed rule change is an insult to the competence of the investing public. The you know better tan me on how I lead my life is an affront to personal freedom. It is also an answer looking for a problem. Just what the most governmental and quasi-governmental organizations do to keep the public believing they are relevant and doing good for the populace. You are actually just doing stuff to make us think you are relevant!
