Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Everyone should have access to the same investment tools and options, regardless of wealth. There is risk to any kind of investing. You can lose your money as easily in longs as you can in shorts. Give more Americans the freedom to invest the way they want to. Regards, Elliott Pearce
