Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Concerning the proposed regs to limit potential buyers of leveraged and inverse funds, I am against it. I have invested in leveraged funds for over 2 years now and wish I would have found them a few years earlier. The funds are already difficult to find as most brokers I know have no idea what they are. I believe most investors that find these funds are able to understand what they are and how they work. I do not wish to be evaluated by a third party to determine if I am "capable" of investing/understanding these types of funds. So please withdraw these proposed rules. Regards, Billy Clark
