Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: How has the SEC been given the authority to protect or to dictate any action in the trading account of any private person or entity. Learning from mistakes is the responsibility of the individual. Hedging positions is a learned action resulting from, often times, mistakes made. I am very capable of making choices on my behalf.
