Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As a small but active investor I have traded both SPXL, SPXS, BRZU, and BZQ, so I am familiar with leveraged products and find them an efficient way to invest on a limited amount of time. If I know what is happening in the news and the market I can watch these without having to dig into extensive company information and follow daily information on individual stocks. This is an excellent investment tool for all levels of investor. Let the market decide what is best.
