Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: For the last 40 years, I have enjoyed the freedom of making my own investment decisions. I sure do not like to see to lose that freedom. I understand the risk that is associated with leveraged ETFs, just like all investment will have its own unique risk and rewards. The leveraged ETFs give me a way to enhance the performance of my portfolio, and it also provide me with a way to hedge my positions by using inverse leveraged ETFs. I definitely want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors like me have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on my choices.
