Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am an ordinary investor, managing his own personal and retirement funds - a small businessman and a physician. I am against this rule because: I have been investing for many years and do not want a third-party evaluating my capacity to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am familiar with these funds and understand their performance characteristics. I don't want to be prevented from investing in products which I think will enhance my investment return.
