Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I regret to hear this unfair regulation which could be applied in near future. I have purchased some amount of leveraged ETF provided by Direxin. Although I am unsure how the other companies have explained about this kind of leveraged ETF, Direxion, at least has provided enough information to understand the fund and its risk as well. If SEC must give some regulation, it should do, not to leverage ETF itself but to securities companies which may have provided uncertain ETF or not shared enough information.
I have been reserving their ETF regularly for my expenses after retirement. So feel very nervous to consider the possibility that it may have been unfairly regulated suddenly.
Again, I trust what SEC should give some regulation is securities companies mentioned above, not to leveraged ETF itself.
Wish the fair judgement will be given and no unreasonable loss will suffer to public investors who understand the ETF and its risk.
Your consideration would be much appreciated.

Sincerely.
