Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am an individual investor and know what I am doing to feel removal or restrictions on my ability to use leveraged ETFs would be inappropriate and unfair. Investors should be allowed to pick their investments without interference from the SEC or other entity. It is my money so let me choose my investments!
