Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I believe that we should have our own "investment freedom" to invest in what we deem the most suitable for us. "Investment freedom" should be a new basic human right that we deserve in the 21st century. We should not be discriminated against based on our financial situations or other criterias imposed by the government. If we are currently not very wealthy, it does not mean we are unable to make our own investment judgements. Leveraged ETFs such as TQQQ, UPRO, UDOW, and TECL have worked very well for me to seek enhanced returns. I know what I am doing. YINN also allows me to seek enhanced exposure to the China stock market as I always closely monitor the situation in China. As an investor, I understand the risks involved in buying leveraged ETFs. Stop intereferring the market! Stop discrimination! Thanks!
