Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been trading with Direxion funds, now, for about five years. I do no think they are any harder to learn than trading options. Trading puts is not that much different than trading inverse funds. I think that, after all this time it is not necessary to complicate the regulations more.
