Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I know exactly what I’m doing when I purchased inverse ETF’s If my positions are closed, then the SEC has jus given permission to steal my money.... stay out of my business and leave my 401K alone... I know and understand the risk.... I’m a retail trader and I’m not your problem..... I’m sure the SEC has bigger fish to fry... Why don’t you investigate the manipulation of the PPT....
