Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It is discriminatory of the SEC to allow or disallow an investor’s ability to participate in a fund/investment opportunity regardless of their financial standing. Any and all investors should be given the equal opportunity to participate in the purchase and sale of any funds regardless of their financial stature. Discrimination stunts the ability of any investors who wishes to bear the risks for a successful investment and growth of current future wealth. Please do not restrict investors from participating (purchasing/selling) in the fund TQQQ. Regards, Alexander Rozo
