Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe that investors should be allowed to invest in leveraged fund shares without any burdensome regulations to determine the fitness of the investor to do so. The free market works its magic best through unfettered transactions based simply upon supply and demand. Anything else is unnecessary intervention in the engine of commerce. Regards, James Reed
