Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I use leverage and inverse funds to protect my portfolio from risk and for balance. I fully read the prospectus of the funds and understand how they work, I am not interested in a 3rd party evaluating my capabilities to invest. Government is my biggest risk, perhaps the SEC would be better at investigating the Federal Reserve (currency manipulation) and the IRS agency for extortion. Regards, Eric Stenzel
