Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Not sure I like this idea. If this is in my portfolio what then. I know they can go bust because it happened to me. If they do not have the liquidity then they should be done away with. The more important question is which leverage ETF's. I hold SPXL which is leveraged way less than TQQQ. What criteria will be used to determine the safety as far as leverage or liquidity. Regards, Sergio Galant
