Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello there: I am an individual/retail investor, and have been trading leveraged and inverse ETF's for the past 10 - 15 years. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and allow me to get market exposure that I would not have access to otherwise. Additionally, these financial vehicles allow me to 'hedge' my portfolio in a direct and easy manner. There is no other way for individual investors to hedge their portfolios (other than complicated options trading). Also, these leveraged and inverse ETF's are unique in that you can gain exposure to very specific aspects of financial markets (not available in any other way). I understand and accept the risks, just as I do for any other financial product offering. Please keep our free markets open and available to individual/retail investors. These ETF's are great for individual investors, and should remain available. Thank you. Regards, Jonathan Green
